Please send only one email per request. Multiple messages about the same issue may delay our response.

  • only part of your order has arrived;

  • your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located;

Products may be shipped directly by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Please contact WHiTE HOLE rather than the supplier or sender shown on the package.

Do not return a product to the address printed on the package unless we have provided written return instructions.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Requests to cancel an order or change a delivery address should be submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has been submitted to the supplier, entered fulfilment, or been shipped.

Returns

Return addresses may vary depending on the product, supplier, and fulfilment warehouse.

Contact us before sending any return. Products returned without prior instructions or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
